Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you and your dog to love every item you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage not caused by a defect

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through the Contact page with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing delays may occur on their end. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the Contact page and we will assist you.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same product, please reach out to us through the Contact page with details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Currency

All refunds are issued in USD (United States Dollars) at the original purchase price shown on your order confirmation.
